- PEI PFK Projection Spot Welders - Available in single phase AC or three phase MFDC.
- AC models use CS-NET for constant current regulation, while MFDC models use the HP1000 inverter for reduced primary current demand and lower energy costs.
- These pneumatic projection welding machines feature a compact, modular linear head design suitable for both manual and automated applications, and can also be fitted with twin heads.
- The heavy duty frame ensures minimal flexing even under high electrode forces, while the main transformer, platens and electrode holders are fully water cooled for reliable performance.
- Supplied as conventional AC machines as standard.
- Fitted with PX1800 digital control with 9 programs on AC machines, or PY800 control on MFDC versions. Supplied with a foot pedal and concomitant hand push buttons on a separate pedestal.
- Spot welding arms are available as an optional extra
- Available with 270mm or 450mm reach (frame dimension to platen centre). The lower platen is adjustable for height. Double stroke cylinders can also be supplied on request, including a pneumatic low force circuit.
- Rated at 150kVA, with a recommended mains fuse of 160A delayed action (approx. 10 welds per minute).
